Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Monday through Friday.

Holidays and weekends : orders placed during national holidays and weekends will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation email, as soon as your credit card is authorized.

Once processed, you will receive tracking information, and your order should arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on the shipping option you chose at the time of checkout.

Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.

Kala Matia is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. 

KALA MATIA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
