Return policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your Kala Matia purchase, we will gladly refund your original form of payment.
Refunds are eligible within 15 days of the order being placed.
Items must be undamaged (i.e., without stains, cuts, burns, etc.), unworn (i.e., without smell, not crumpled, etc.), unwashed and with the original tags attached to the garment.
Kala Matia reserves the right to decline refunds of orders including items that do not meet these conditions.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
International returns
International orders are eligible for return at the expense of the sender.
We recommend the use of an insured service with tracking capability.

Kala Matia is not responsible for the refund of any import tax/duty (apart from USA Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Kala Matia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
